Inclusion Criteria

Previous experience in strength training
Performing structured or unstructured strength training approx. 2x a week
Repetition maximum in the squat with 100% of your own body weight
No intake of ashwagandha in the last 3 months

Exclusion Criteria

If they do not fulfill the inclusion criteria (strength training).
If there is an injury or illness that is a contraindication for maximum strength testing.
Have already participated in a comparable study
Pregnant persons
Taking ashwagandha in the last three months
Taking other dietary supplements during the study
