1. male diagnosed as androgenetic alopecia at stage 2-5 according to modified Norwood-Hamilton classification
and
2. female diagnosed as androgenetic alopecia or female pattern hair loss at type 1-2 according to Ludwig classification
1. history of hair loss medication within 6 months
2. immunocompromised or diabetes patients
3. pregnancy or breast feeding
4. underlying autoimmune connective tissue diseases
5. patient with active infection or inflammation
6. other caused of alopecia such as scarring alopecia, alopecia areata and telogen effluvium
7. patient with scalp rashes such as seborrheic capitis or psoriasis
