Advanced malignant primary disease.
Ability to participate in the daily program of the day hospice.
There is no danger to others.
Home care assured.
Exclusion Criteria
Bedriddenness.
Cerebral insufficiency.
Danger to others.
Lack of home care.

Name Time Method Clarification of the following questions:<br>1. what structural requirements and interventional measures should be established in the day hospice from the perspective of patients, relatives and healthcare professionals experts? <br>2. are the planned structures and interventions feasible under real conditions, can they be implemented and are they accepted by the patients, relatives and providers concerned? <br>3) How can a final implementation and intervention catalog for the day hospice be designed based on the results of points 1 and 2?<br>4. is the final catalog of services developed in point 3. feasible, reasonable, economical and effective under everyday conditions in the day hospice?
