Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •patients having unresectable soft tissue neoplasms of head and neck with localized pain recalcitrant to conventional pain therapies,
- •and will be poor candidates of surgery.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Pregant women
- •Those who have uncorrectable coagulopathies or injection sites will not be suitable due to presence of skin infection or lymph node enlargement.
