patients posted for cardiac surgery
ASA II, III, IV
Weight of the patient in normal range for age and sex
Exclusion Criteria
patients above 15yrs
patients with preexisting renal disorders
patients in sepsis

Name Time Method To evaluate the incidence of Acute Kidney Injury in Paediatric cardiac surgical patients through urine studies that is the NGAL, Cystatin C, Urea and CreatinineTimepoint: Pre operative routine investigations and post operatively 2nd hour urine NGAL, 6th hour urine Cystatin C and 24hr urine output and serum creatinine.
