Inclusion Criteria
Elderly people 65 and older have symptoms of dementia and have been approved by a neurologist.
The level of dementia in the elderly is mild; (Clinical Dementia Rating (CDR) test score is 4.5 to 9)
Elderly with dementia, stay at home.
Exclusion Criteria
The elderly with dementia lives in a nursing home or is bedridden.
The elderly have a history of other neurological problems, orthopedic and rheumatological disorders, acute psychiatric disorders based on the information in the medical record.

Name Time Method Fall. Timepoint: before intervention, 30, 60 and 90 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Home Falls and Accidents Screening Tool (HOME FAST).;Occupational Performance. Timepoint: before intervention and 90 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Canadian Occupational Performance Measure (COPM).;Life Habits. Timepoint: before intervention and 90 days after intervention. Method of measurement: Life Habits questionnaire (Life-H).;Home Modification.
