Inclusion Criteria

people who is willing to participate district level male athlete with a minimum of 2 years of training specific to 400m running age group 18-30 years no recent lower limb injuries within last 6 months.

Exclusion Criteria

smoker, chronic alcoholic or uses ergonomic aids athlete suffering from an injury in the last 6 months any cardiac or respiratory disease.
