Inclusion Criteria
Patients who fulfill the diagnostic criteria of both Vataja and Vata Kaphaja Gridhrasi
Patients between 25 to 60years of age of either sex
Exclusion Criteria
Patient’s age less than 25 years and more than 60 years
Patients suffering from systemic diseases
Patients not willing for trial and co-operative
Pregnant woman & lactating mother
Recent history of fracture and surgery
Patient presenting with red flag signs of Lumbago Sciatica Syndrome
