- •1. All participants with age 50-75 years
排除标准
- •1. Genetic disorders increasing colon cancer risk, such as familial adenomatous polyposis, Lynch syndrome, or past colon cancer.
- •2. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
- •3. History of colon surgery.
- •4. Abnormal symptoms: bloody stools, alternating constipation and diarrhea, unexplained anemia, or weight loss.
