Inclusion Criteria
1. All participants with age 50-75 years
Exclusion Criteria
1. Genetic disorders increasing colon cancer risk, such as familial adenomatous polyposis, Lynch syndrome, or past colon cancer.
2. Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).
3. History of colon surgery.
4. Abnormal symptoms: bloody stools, alternating constipation and diarrhea, unexplained anemia, or weight loss.
