1. Patient who undergoes elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery
2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Physical Status Classification I-III
3. Patient with age between 18-65
4.Patient who accept to be included in the project.
1. Patient who have psychological symptoms.
2. Patient with pregnancy and breast feeding
3. Patient with morbid obesity
4. Patient with abnormal EKG (QT prolong ,Torsades de pointes)
5. Patient who have contraindication of olanzapine (drug allergy,parkinson disease,dementia)
6. Patient with severe metabolic disease
7. Patient who have indication for nasogastric tube after surgery
8. Patient with history of chemotherapy within 4 weeks before surgery
9. Patient who refuse to be included in the project.
