regarding anesthesia and the roles of an anaesthesiologist. The results from the study are intended to
increase awareness so that patients can be more involved and take better decisions for their
surgical treatment.

- •2 Patients posted for elective surgeries.
- •3 Patients willing to fill out the questionnaire.
- •4 Patients belonging to American Society of anaesthesiologists grade I, I and III.

- •Patient refusal Patients posted for emergency surgeries.
