1.Presence of trigger points, especially in the upper trapezius muscle. Diagnosed with Myofascial Pain Syndrome (MPS) by a rehabilitation medicine physician.
2.Pain intensity level of 5 or higher on a scale of 0-10.
3.Age 18 and above.
4.No communication barriers.
5.Willing to participate in the research.
1.History of cancer-related pain.
2.Pain related to abnormalities in the nervous system, such as nerve compression in the neck or wrist, and brachial plexus injuries.
3.Infection in the treatment area.
4.History of easy bleeding.
5.Conditions affecting learning and memory.
