- •1. Age: 11 to 16 years
- •2. State and national level professional swimmers for past 1 year
- •3. Actively participating in the competition atleast for 6 months.
排除标准
- •1. History of any injury/surgery around shoulder, elbow, and wrist complex for past 6 month.
- •2. Those who are having sense of shoulder pain and/or discomfort after swimming.
- •3. Currently complaining of any musculoskeletal pain.
