Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients admitted in ICU and in operating room requiring radial artery cannulation
Exclusion Criteria
- •hypotension, positive allens test, recent cannulation in one month, pre\-esisting coagulopathy, anticoagulant medications, signs of skin infection or wound near the puncture site.
