1.age 18 - 60 years old
2.Diagnosed by orthopedist : pain at medial foot when start walking and tender at medial calcalneal tuberosity and symptoms more than 3 months
1.brain and recognitive impairment
2.Body Mass Index morethan 30 kg/m2
3.Visual Analog Scale (VAS) lessthan 2
4.recieve steriod injection or shockwave within 3 month
5.history of calcaneal fracture or foot and ankle surgery
6.systemic disorders: infection, Gout ,Rheumatoids,bone tumor
7.pregnancy
8.on pacemaker
9. Bleeding disorder: Hemophilia
