Inclusion Criteria
- •1.age 18 - 60 years old
- •2.Diagnosed by orthopedist : pain at medial foot when start walking and tender at medial calcalneal tuberosity and symptoms more than 3 months
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.brain and recognitive impairment
- •2.Body Mass Index morethan 30 kg/m2
- •3.Visual Analog Scale (VAS) lessthan 2
- •4.recieve steriod injection or shockwave within 3 month
- •5.history of calcaneal fracture or foot and ankle surgery
- •6.systemic disorders: infection, Gout ,Rheumatoids,bone tumor
- •7.pregnancy
- •8.on pacemaker
- •9. Bleeding disorder: Hemophilia
