Passed at least three hours from the onset of pain
no high risk chest pain criteria (suddenly and more than 20 minutes chest pain in rest, increasing pain of the onset, no response to rest or sublingual pearl, oppressive pain)
Stability of the hemodynamic system
No chest pain
transfer to other medical center
Dissatisfaction with the research
history of myocarditis,cardiomyopathy,embolization of the lung, atrial fibrillation,cardiac coronary artery disease or severe infections and kidney disease(in these cases, troponin is false positive)
Beginning pain less than three hours
