According to the available literature, the pain curricula for physiotherapy students in different countries are insufficient and the current curriculum in India consists of very limited hours of pain education, which falls short on their practical skills. Thus, influencing their attitude towards the management of pain.
There are no studies assessing the knowledge and attitude of undergraduate physical therapy students with clinical exposure and without clinical exposure, which can give us a quantifiable value of the same. Thus, helps develop a baseline value of the current status of pain knowledge and attitude among various groups of students
