ASA PHYSICAL STATUS 1 and 2
Minimally invasive surgery
Duration of surgery 2hours or more
Exclusion Criteria
Not willing to give consent
ASA PHYSICAL STATUS 3 OR MORE
Hemodynamically unstable patients, Febrile patients needing multiple blood transfusion
Endocrinological dysfunction
