- Pre-frail
-risk of fall have point since 0
- age 65 years up
-gender both
Exclusion Criteria
Exclusion criteria
- Immobility
- Bed bound
- Disability
- Severe audio and visual impairment
- Uncontrolled disease (Cancer and heart disease)
- Neurological disease (Stroke and Parkinson’s disease)
- MMSE score <23
- Sever depression
- Drugs (Psychotropic high dose)
- Chronic alcoholism
- Other research exercise
