入选标准
- •Patients of either sex of ASA grade I or II of age >18 years for laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anaesthesia.
排除标准
- •1 who refuse to sign the consent
- •2 having allergic history to any drug
- •3 who are unable to understand VAS
- •4 drug addicts and psychiatric patients
- •5 duration of surgery more than 90 minutes
- •6 empyema gall bladder / complicated cholecystitis(If drain is kept in gall bladder fossa)
