Inclusion Criteria
Patients who underwent double balloon enteroscopy from August 2004 to the present
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patients with no or inadequate endoscopic images or other medical records
2.Patients transferred to another hospital before diagnosis or evaluation after the procedure.
3.When the procedure was performed by a endoscopist other than HJJ.
