Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Primiparous and Multiparous, no complaints regarding pelvic floor, normal pelvic floor strength
Exclusion Criteria
- •Women who have existing pelvic floor conditions
- •Nulliparous
- •Traumatic injury
- •Previous surgeries
- •Patients with a history of carcinoma ovary, cervix and endometrium.
- •Osteoarthritis hip
- •Women with mental illness and chronic disease including severe cardiovascular problems, neurological issues, severe musculoskeletal problems, severe hypertension and diabetes mellitus.
