Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients who are presenting to the department with AMI and are undergoing primary PCI
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with HCM
- •Patients with Valvular heart disease or prosthetic valve
- •Patients with Coronary AV fistula
- •Previous coronary artery bypass surgery or stenting between 12 months
- •Late presenting to the hospital after 24 hours of onset of symptom
