简要总结
This study is based on investigating the effect of isometric training on tendon stiffness and jump performance in recreational jumping and sprinting athletes( sports that involve jumping and landing during play, such as badminton, volleyball, tennis, long jump, and high jump, and sprinting sports ) . Participants will be screened based on the mentioned inclusion and exclusion criteria. Jump performance and tendon stiffness will be assessed using the Jump Performance application and Myoton Pro. The mentioned outcome measures will be collected, analyzed, and the interpretation of data will be documented, which will provide information about the performance profiling of the recreational sprinting and jumping athletes
