•Inclusion criteria for patients
•Diagnosis of schizophrenia according to DSM-5; Age between 18 and 65 years; Be under drug treatment; Not be involved in another physical activity program.
•Inclusion criteria for controls
•For the pairing of the controls, they were recruited by the same sex of the case, by age, 3 years upwards or downwards of the case, the same social class, and not to present a serious mental illness (dementia, depression, mania, generalized anxiety disorder or disorder obsessive-compulsive).

•Exclusion criteria for patients
•Use alcohol or drugs in the last month; Systemic or neurological disease; Motor disability; Presence of suicide risk at the time of the intervention; Be pregnant; Don't accept to participate in the study.
•Exclusion criteria for controls
•They followed the same criteria as the cases.
