In order to take part in the study, the subjects have to agree to participate in the study and to sign the informed consent form approved by the ethical committee. Inclusion criteria for selection of the subjects were as follows university football players in the age group of 18 ââ?¬â?? 25 years, chronic (ââ?°Â¥2 months) low back pain 4 to 8 pain intensity in visual analog scale were included.
Participants with severe musculoskeletal, neural, somatic and psychiatric conditions, waiting for spine surgery, having alcohol or drug abuse, involving in other weight and balance training program, any soft tissue injuries, fracture at the lower limbs and pelvic bone and any lower limb deformities
