Inclusion Criteria
- •recommendation by the treating ward mental health specialists to start an outpatient psychosocial follow-up treatment
- •- being treated for at least a moderate depressive and/or anxiety disorder
- •- Informed Consent documented in writing
- •- ability to give consent
- •- completed 18th year of life
Exclusion Criteria
- •- already planned resumption of outpatient psychotherapy after the inpatient stay
- •- acute psychotic symptoms, e.g. persecutory delusions and/or thought insertion
- •- dementia and/or severe cognitive impairment
- •- significant hearing and/or visual impairment
- •- pregnancy in the 2nd or 3rd trimester
- •- insufficient German language skills
