Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •recommendation by the treating ward mental health specialists to start an outpatient psychosocial follow\-up treatment
- •\- being treated for at least a moderate depressive and/or anxiety disorder
- •\- Informed Consent documented in writing
- •\- ability to give consent
- •\- completed 18th year of life
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- already planned resumption of outpatient psychotherapy after the inpatient stay
- •\- acute psychotic symptoms, e.g. persecutory delusions and/or thought insertion
- •\- dementia and/or severe cognitive impairment
- •\- significant hearing and/or visual impairment
- •\- pregnancy in the 2nd or 3rd trimester
- •\- insufficient German language skills
