Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. aged 18\-65 years;
- •2\. ASA I, II;
- •3\. BMI \< 25;
- •4\. the proposed inspection time is 15min\-1h;
- •5\. voluntarily participate in this test and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. patients with a history of drug allergy or nerve paralysis;
- •2\. patients with difficulty in intravenous trocar catheterization;
- •3\. unable to provide informed consent and language communication difficulties;
- •4\. patients with difficult endotracheal intubation were evaluated in advance;
- •5\. local phlebitis and thrombosis;
- •6\. long\-term use of sedatives, analgesics or hypertension drugs;
- •7\. patients with gastroesophageal reflux;
- •8\. drug users;
- •9\. patients with heart, liver, kidney and lung dysfunction;
- •10\. patients with hypoglycemia, acupuncture shock and other reasons before examination could not cooperate with this study;
