Glaucoma group
1.Diagnosed glaucoma
2.Age 18-60 years old
3.Given informed consent
Normal group
1.Non-glaucoma
2.Age 18-60 years old
3.Given informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
1 Narrow angle or appositional angle closure
2 Previous intraocular surgery
3 Previous intravitreous injection
4 History of ocular trauma
5.History of vitreoretinal disease
6.History of uveitis
7.Refractive error equal or more than 3 diopters
8.Cannot provide wide field-OCT image
