Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • All willing patients of age group 18 to 70 years with gynaecological malignancies undergoing bilateral pelvic lymphnode dissection with or without paraaortic lymphnode dissection as a part of definitive surgical procedure for gynaecological malignancies (endometrium, cervix and ovary) in SVIMS from May 2017 to december 2018. The use of neoadjuvant chemotherapy will be permitted for ovarian tumors only.

Exclusion Criteria

  • All patients with preoperative ascites, excessive intraoperative bleeding or vascular injury, continuous ooze at the time of closure of abdomen, patients who requires resection and anastomosis of bowel or urinary bladder repair
