- •1. 20-70 years old patients
- •2. American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA) class 1, 2
- •3. patient undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy
排除标准
- •1. patients with upper respiratory infection in the last two weeks
- •2. chronic throat disease patient
- •3. History of laryngeal and tracheal pathology( tracheostomy)
- •4. Lung disease with impaired compliance such as COPD
- •5. in case of first intubation failure
