ASA PHYSICAL STATUS I/II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient with preoperative ejection fraction <35%
2.Low-cardiac-output syndrome
3.Recurrent ventricular arrhythmias
4.Preoperative inotropic support
5.Allergic to local anesthetics (LA)
6.Re-exploration or emergency surgery
7.Spinal deformity
8.Local infection
9.Psychiatric illness
10.Neurological deficit
