obtaining the minimum score of 2 from the Storr scale
the possibility of having face-to-face communication on days of examination
singleton labor
and natural term and having given birth to normal neonate

Exclusion Criteria

bottle feeding with glass and dry milk
mother’s sensitivity to yarrow and honey
nipple abnormality
