Healthy school age children in the cohort, Education level grades 5 to12 in high school, ChAMP score less than 100 for 12-13 yrs and less than 85 for 14 to15 yrs and less than 75 for 16-18 years, PHQ9 score less than 10 for all, WISC score more than70 for all, Do not use any vitamins or herbal remedies on a regular basis for at least six months
History of any neurological disorders like epilepsy, ADHD, dyslexia etc., History of congenital deformity, Thyroid dysfunction TSH less than 0.5 or more than 5.0 mIU per L, Severe anemia Hb more than 8 g percent, Unwillingness to participate, Use of any medications or supplements which, in the opinion of the investigators, may influence the results of the study
