patients undergoing total laryngectomy with primary speech rehabilitation within a minimum of six months after surgery; patients undergoing total laryngectomy with secondary speech rehabilitation six months after insertion when surgery and radiotherapy; patients undergoing total laryngectomy with speech rehabilitation with esophageal voice six months after surgery and radiation therapy; patients undergoing total laryngectomy with speech rehabilitation with electronic larynx six months after insertion when surgery and radiotherapy; patients without evidence of disease; patients capable of phoning regardless of vocal quality; patients able to read, understand and answer the QOL questionnaire; patients who agreed to participate in the study by filling out a questionnaire voluntarily
patients with tumor recurrence or persistence; patients with other than total laryngectomy; lost follow-up patients; patients who refused to participate in the study; patients with death due to illness within 6m after answering the questionnaires; patients with a follow-up of fewer than 6 months
