- •Adults above 18yrs who undergo elective laparoscopic procedures under general anesthesia and ASA physical status I and II
排除标准
- •Unanticipated and anticipated difficult airway
- •Pre existing laryngeal injury or disease
- •Patients histories of surgical interventions that risk injury to the recurrent laryngeal nerve
- •Patient populations with non focal, neurological impairments that may impact voice and swallowing function, thus making it difficult to identify isolated post extubation laryngeal injury
