Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus, which clinically have no symptoms of cardiovascular disease
- •Age \-18\-65 years.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Myocardial infarction by history and resting Electrocardiogram (ECG)
- •Patients with angina pectoris
- •Patients with hypertension
- •Type 1 DM patients
- •Significant alcoholic patients
- •Patients with thyroid diseases
- •Patients with renal failure
- •Patients with other underlying heart diseases such as:
- •I. Congenital heart disease
- •II. Valvular heart disease
