This study is a comparative clinical evaluation of Shigru Kwatha and Gokshuradi Guggulu in Murtrashmari (Urolithiasis).This will be conducted on 60 randomly selected patients from OPD/IPD of Shalya Tantra Department of Patanjali Bhartiya Ayurvigyan
Evam Anusandhan Sansthan, Haridwar. Patients will be divided into two groups- 30 patients will be administered with Shigru Kwatha orally and 30 patients will be administered with Gokshuadi Guggulu orally. First follow up will be after 30 days of treatment and
second follow up will be after 60 days of treatment and third follow up after 90 days of treatment.Assesment will be done on the basis ofsubjective and objective parameters as discussed earlier.

入选标准
- •a) Patients willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent.
- •b) Patients of both sexes, irrespective of religion, socioeconomic status occupation will be taken.
- •d) Radiological evidence of (upto 15 mm) in kidney, ureter, urinary bladder & urethra.
- •e) Classical symptoms of Ashmari.
排除标准
- •a) Patients does not willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent. b) Complications related to Kidneys/ Ureter / Bladder like.
- •Acute Renal Failure, Chronic Renal Failure, Polycystic Kidney diseases, Impaired Renal function, etc. (c) Patients of Ashmari having systemic diseases like RHD ,AIDS (Acquired immune deficiency syndrome).Other chronic diseases like TB (Tuberculosis), Hepatitis etc. will be excluded. d) Pregnant women and lactating mothers will be excluded. e) Patients will be dropped if they develop any complications during the course will also be excluded. f) Calculi size more than 15 mm. g) Patients having Moderate or severe Hydronephrosis will be excluded.
