Inclusion Criteria
Booked antenatal cases at KH manipal, Singleton and twin pregnancy.
Exclusion Criteria
Triplet and quadraplet gestation. Pre existing cardiac, renal or pulmonary disease. Miscarriage or IUD before 24 weeks. Fetal anomaly.
