- 1) Adult western traveler age 18-years and older who living in or originating from the West, in particular Europe, the United States and the North America (Canada), including both short-term (travel as less than 4 weeks) and long-term (travel as more than 4 weeks), visitors to Thailand.2) Thai nationals age 23 years old and older (born before 2000) who have never been vaccinated against JE or have no history of JE vaccination.Japanese Encephalitis, disease burden, Japanese Encephalitis vaccine, traveler, pre-travel consultation

1) Adult western traveler age 18-years and older who living in or originating from the West, in particular Europe, the United States and the North America (Canada), including both short-term (travel as less than 4 weeks) and long-term (travel as more than 4 weeks), visitors to Thailand.
2) Thai nationals age 23 years old and older (born before 2000) who have never been vaccinated against JE or have no history of JE vaccination.
1) Participants who have been vaccinated against JE vaccine or have history of JE vaccination.
2) Participants who have JE vaccine contraindications (e.g. immunocompromised or pregnancy)
3) International travelers who visit a travel clinic to acquire the JE vaccine
