Inclusion Criteria
1. Age group: 25 to 45 years.
2. Participants working in manufacturing industry involved in mechanical work.
3. Workers quantifying their Mechanical low back pain on Visual Analogue Scale for more than 2 points.
4. Oswestry low back disability questionnaire score in the range of 5-34.
5. Subjects willing to participate and giving a written informed consent.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Low back pain due to any cause other than mechanical lifting such as trauma, fractures, malignancy etc.
2. Individuals with desktop work in the factory.
