•Able to read or respond to questionnaires in English or Kannada
b.Qualitative study:
•Pre vaccine
1.Age >=18
2.patients visiting medicine OPD from December 2020- January 2021.
•Post vaccine
1.Age >=18
2.Individuals who received COVID-19 vaccines from Kasturba Hospital, Manipal

•Individuals who donâ??t have access to at least one of the communication devices such as telephone, mobile with social media and email
