1.Diagnosed cases of NASH with Cirrhosis.
2.Age >= 8 year
3.All the first degree relatives of NRC i.e index case.
4.Subject with no history of any known liver disease
5.Non-Alcoholic
6.Matched with age (+/-5 years) and gender
1.Acute on Chronic Liver Failure
2.Patients with HBV, HCV, Wilson, Hemochromatosis, alpha 1 antitrypsin deficiency, primary biliary cirrhosis).
3.Patient on amiodarone or tamoxifen or methotrexate.
4.Patient of malignancies other than liver.
5.Patient on chemotherapy
6.HBV related Liver Fibrosis (<= F3).
