1)Patients with BMI more than 30 will be enrolled for project
2)Subjects in the age group 20-70 years, both inclusive, male ,females
3) Uncomplicated new diabetes patients will be in inclusion
4) In trial apple shaped / pear shaped obese patient will be included
5) Patients with obesity suffering with weight bearing joint pain will be included
6) Subjects who are willing to give informed consent and ready to comply with the protocol will be included
1)Subjects having any other major k/c/o.- IHD, CKD,HTN,Tb will be excluded
2)Patients with k/c/o cushings syndrome will be excluded
3) Patients on corticosteriods will be excluded
4) Known case of any active malignancy will be in exclusion criteria
5) Patient of chronic diabetes mallitus will be excluded
6) Patients with obesity class iii will be excluded
7) Known case of hypothyroidism will be excluded
8) Subjects having known chronic infectious disease , such as tb ,hep B , hep C will be excluded
9) Pregnancy and lactating mothers will be excluded
10) Patients with any disability will be excluded
11) Other conditions , which in the opinion of investigators , makes the patient unsuitable for
enrollment or could interfere with his/her participation in the trial and completion of the protocol
will be excluded

Name Time Method Relief in the subjective assessment crieteria i.e chalatva of spik stana and udara, sweda adhikatwa,nidra adhikya,atikshudha , atipipassa,angagaurava,gatrasada .Timepoint: follow up will be after 30days for 3months (90 days)
