Investigators
Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Pathologically proved to be a gynecological malignant tumor, followed by pelvic lymph node dissection or radiotherapy;
- •(2\) The patient has swelling of the lower limbs, and is in accordance with the lymphedema staging stage ?\-?;
- •(3\) 20\-70 years old, able to complete functional exercises;
- •(4\) The patient is willing to cooperate with the treatment follow\-up and sign an informed consent form;
- •(5\) No serious heart, liver and kidney dysfunction;
- •(6\) There is no local ulceration of the affected limb.
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Does not meet the inclusion criteria;
- •(2\) Combined with severe organ dysfunction such as hypoalbuminemia, nephrotic syndrome, left heart failure, etc., resulting in lower extremity edema;
- •(3\) Patients with affected limbs with cellulitis and venous thrombosis of lower limbs;
- •(4\) Those who cannot tolerate cupping, acupuncture or fainting;
- •(5\) The skin of the patient's lower extremities is infected and ruptured.
