- •patients with singleton pregnancy of 38-41 weeks of gestation, belonging to ASA 2 category
排除标准
- •Patients with obstretic complications like pregnancy induced hypertension, obesity , pre existing hypertension.
- •patients belonging to ASA 3 and 4 category
- •Patients contraindincated for spinal anaesthesia
- •Evidence of fetal anomalies
