入选标准
- •The patient having high risk for diabetes as per Indian diabetes risk score (IDRS >60) with or without Diagnosed case of Diabetes mellitus type-II (ICD-10:E11.9-Type-2 Diabetes Mellitus without complication) as per WHO diagnostic criteria and symptomatic (polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia) with
- •i.Age: 19-65Yrs
- •ii.Both Sexes
- •iii.Fasting blood glucose level (FBS) > 126mg/dl or
- •Postprandial blood Glucose (PPBS) > 200mg/dl or
- •Glycated Haemoglobin (HbA1C ) > 6.5 % or
- •Random blood glucose level (RBS) > 200mg/dl
- •iv.Providing written informed consent to participate
排除标准
- •i.Pregnant women, Lactating women & paediatric age group ( < 18yrs)
- •ii.Person under corticosteroid therapy or substance abuse
- •iii.Diagnosed case of type I diabetes mellitus or diabetic ketoacidosis with in past 6 mts
- •iv.Uncontrolled hypertension or >2 episodes of sever hypoglycaemia within past 6 mts
- •v. Patient suffering from Diabetes mellitus type-II with complication like retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy and other severe infectious diseases.
- •vi.Patients who are too sick for consultation and not willing to cooperate
- •vii.Unwilling to take part and not giving consent to join the study
