Inclusion Criteria
A person living alone without cohabitation including family and acquaintances
- Those who have no restrictions on physical activity
- A person who can communicate freely and clearly
Exclusion Criteria
- Those who have a severe nervous system, musculoskeletal system, cardiovascular system, and mental comorbidities can make hard to participate in exercise programs
- Those who have performed regular exercise at least once a week within the past 6 months
