1. Patients with complaints of white discharge per vagina
2. Itching and pain in vulva and vagina.
3. They had not used antibiotics, immunosuppressive drugs, or vaginal drugs 14 days before the study.
4. Those patients who are ready to sign informed consent form.
1. Pregnant women
2. Patients suffering from systemic diseases like hypertension, tuberculosis, diabetes mellitus
3. Positive test for Syphilis or HIV
4. Patient having history of any drug allergy.
5. Pathology of reproductive system (genital malignancy, tubo-ovarian abscess, bartholin abscess, erosion of cervix, cervical polyp, acute pelvic inflammatory disease, second and third degree uterine prolapse, genital dermatological conditions, etc.)
