•Unilateral ischemic or hemorrhagic stroke lesion confirmed by computerized tomography or magnetic resonance imaging , diagnosed by a Neurologist OR general physician
•First incidence of stroke,
•Pain in the affected shoulder diagnosed and referred by an orthopedician
•Adequate communication ability,
•Subjects who have motor ability to participate in exercise intervention.

•Shoulder pain or a history of surgery in the affected shoulder before the onset of stroke;
•Skin problems, wounds, or infection on the affected shoulder;
•A history of allergy to Kinesio Taping.
•Systemic neuromuscular diseases
•Poor cognition for cooperation during the study procedures
•Major cardiopulmonary or other medical diseases affecting the physical examination or daily activities.
•Stroke relapse /seizures during the intervention
